The full-year Aquarians Synchro program begins in September and runs through June. Recreational athletes may try the sport during the fall or summer sessions without committing to competition. Beginners practice 1 to 2 days a week during the fall session. Beginning in 2008 an introductory summer camp will also be available. Age group and junior athletes practice anywhere from 2 to 5 days a week, depending on competitive level.
